  3. Graham Stephan lol, work with them as an agent a lil. I work at a credit union and refi last time but was at a rate of 4.625%, I won’t be using them I’ll be going maybe better at a 4.125%, but we shall see. I was going to buy a property but found out if I do use my HELOC to buy it - I might not be able to refi my current duplex so I’m doing that now, then seeing. Friend might buy the one I wanted to buy, or lend me cash to buy on a note or something. Anyways thanks for reply :-)
