I Looked up the lawsuit info; https://charlesfranklinlaw.com/2018/05/zillow-zestimate-class-action-lawsuit-dismissed-with-prejudice-by-federal-judge/ Interesting, a house I just bought at had a zestimate of 108k, but comps are coming in around 128-133k. I will be refinancing the home in the future, and will bring comparables of homes sold that match my property at the 128-133 range, because the other 70-90k homes "selling" are all fixers.
