Yeah started listening to it at the beginning discuses how he won't tell you exactly what the secret is... but by the end of the book after he repeatedly tells you that all these people started their own business or invested in a business became millionaires :-D. Still going to finish the Millionaire Real Estate Investor, i'm about to just order the physical copy. I'll listen to an audio book, but if it's a good book that doesn't repeat information found in other books then i like to buy a physical copy re-read it and take a highlighter to all the juicy info it sorta sticks in my head better that way. Audio books i'll listen go..."damn that's a great idea.... 5 minutes later... damn that's another great idea....what was idea 1..." I listen to books when i'm cleaning, driving, working etc.... which reminds me I have a long 3 hr drive tomorrow so downloading the book to stick on my phone to listen to... Thanks for the reminder :-D

  2. Dang it Graham, well you described me spot on lol... then the ending spoiled a great book lol. I'm reading the millionaire real estate investor it's such a good book not only on real estate but on investing in general covering myths on investing and debunks them and other great real estate information. See that's how you describe a book to have someone else read it to find out more :-p. Lol, anyways great video I'm buying real estate this year 1 or 2 rentals to get it going first, then after those get some cash flow looking to get a HELOC on my house have about 120k of equity I can buy or or two houses and rehab them to build more equity. Eventually my 2 year goal is 6 rentals which then continue to build cash flow and buy more and more. -Brent
