  1. I use my USAA Cashback card EVERYWHERE, unlimited 2.5% Cash back on everything with no fee's, no overseas charges, get rental insurance etc - very nice card. Was avail for a a short time, - HEY doing a rate lock right now at Doing a rate lock today at 4.75% 30 years. TOTAL LOAN COSTS (A + B + C) $2,182 - I haven't been able to get it any lower right now - still better then last refi at 5.625% - I have an 800 credit score - so if there are rates out there as low at 4.125% I'm trying to get a quote to beat it if you have suggestions of where to get a rate quote to make them beat it.

  2.  @GrahamStephan  So lock the 4.75% and go with it ? I'm not fighting it, it's nearly a 1% different from last refi in Jan - this should put another 80k in my pocket to buy another property.
