  1. I went and checked my credit score... It's at 812 I use Chase's, Credit Journey! It says I have 9 Hard Inquires that hit my credit score recently, it was me refinancing my properties in the last year lol.

  2.  Feng  I have over 10+ Yrs of Credit History and use it FOR EVERYTHING. I only use ~0-1% of my credit usage due to having a high limit over 100k and paying it off monthly. I generally stay over 800 unless I get a loan it will drop to ~770, stay here for ~3 months and recover. Initially, it can take time to build credit, but you always want to increase your limit as much as you can, without increasing your spending.
