  1. This is 100 percent true everywhere. Its actually deplorable behavior. I grew up in a hispanic dominated area and I learned a bit of spanish to see if I was being talked about and it happened all the time. Mostly judgements. There's a reason foreign speaking can upset people. I dont care anymore because im not paranoid or insecure but it happens
