@NormanReaddis Even good companies apply to my tips. Just because a company treats you right does not mean you should go and act like they are your newfound family. It's still a job or career. It really is simple. Keep your head down and do your work to avoid unnecessary attention. If you work in a group, be kind but don't overshare about personal things. Its all HR ammo if needed. If you enjoy your job and company that's great. But you aren't there to make friends and family. They will fire you the second you are unwanted. Real genuine friends and family don't toss you out like garbage because it isn't a transactional relationship.

Exactly. You nailed it. Imagine having a contractual relationship with your friends or family? It's simply impossible, the whole concept of contracts and transactions defeats the genuineness of it.
