  1. Its not a simple thing to lose weight, especially when you are already obese. But it is 100 percent doable. The ignorance in the genetic statement is dangerous but what's even worse is letting yourself believe that there's no shot in losing weight. This is just fueling the excuse flame. This is coming from someone who is easily 100 pounds overweight and currently losing it. The power is in your hands, not your genetics. Don't fall victim to this mentality.
