  1. Im probably about 100 pounds overweight. Legit obese here. It's 100 percent my fault. I am sedentary af, eat a shit ton of calories each day, and will take the lazy route in anything I do. These are all things I am trying to fix and I do know how, I just don't act on them. People saying its a disease are straight up on Copium. Face your issues and deal with them. Start small, do a five minute walk each day and increase it a minute each day. Read some literature on habit building (I suggest Atomic Habit by James Clear) and take action. Its hard but once you disillusion yourself into thinking its ok to be fat. The war is lost. Take accountability
