  2. The line has to be drawn somewhere, and it will inevitably be arbitrary because values, especially of the moral variety, are subjective. Perhaps for pragmatic reasons the standard should be viability outside the womb. If we pull the thread of when humans gain "personhood" too hard, we'll find that the entire idea of personhood will simply unravel.
