Here are my suggestions: 1) Abolish the Fed; ban fractional reserve currency; create a new structure for decentralized issuance of currency at the individual citizen level. This will remove the Cantillion effect that is stratifying society. 2) Constrain the federal government expenditure to 10% of the money supply. 3) Constrain the federal government workforce to 10% of the adult population. 4) Abolish the federal income tax; instead have the federal government tax the states directly as a percentage of state tax revenue. 5) Replace first-past-the-post voting with score voting. 6) Give the states the ability to repeal any federal law so long as the legislatures of a majority of states or a number of states whose combined citizenry is a majority of the US citizenry pass a resolution repealing that federal law.
