  1. Where in the Florida Constitution does it say that? I could not find anything of the sort when I looked. The term "foreign power" is not in it, and there are no sections with the word "arm" or "weapon" that mention foreign states.

  2.  @topsecretbear9918  I've read our constitution, and this claim seems totally bizarre to me. If you can find the source, that would be helpful.

  4. I'm pretty sure that anyone who steals firearms will grind off the serial numbers before trying to sell it.
