  1. The whole conflict is based upon two ethnic groups that hate each other. Duh. My Israeli friend has told me that Palestinians are "dogs, not humans". Israel calls itself a Jewish ethnostate and has been fighting, killing, expropriating, detaining without charge, etc Palestinians for generations at this point. Only an idiot would think that such hateful activity would not lead to more hatred.
