Ah, starting a business, the old standby passive activity. Always love how they just pop up spontaneously to enrich my life.

Really, the plan can be much simpler. Step 1: inherit a large sum of money. Done. Easy. Why nobody is talking about this simple strategy is beyond comprehension.

Market dynamics are emergent phenomena, not the results of simple narratives.

Love the Coffee Zilla reference btw.

If you don't compound your disciplined $1 investment into $100 million every single day, how do you make sense of life? Has anyone ever really been so far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like? Pathetic.

This is the most coherent interview of Mr. Trudeau I have ever heard.

The Bitcoin network is still running without the ability of any power structures of politics or capital to affect it. Nobody can alter its issuance schedule. ETFs are just another way for people to pile in during the next bubble.

I've been trying to explain and debunk all the conspiracy theories around FedNow for a year. So many people who should know better, e.g. Heresy Financial and George Gammon, have been spouting lies and ignorant nonsense. FedNow is basically a cheaper FedWire. The Fed does not have the infrastructure to handle hundreds of millions of accounts -- it currently handles accounts for ~10k institutions. It's hierarchical by design and cannot cope with a flattened system.

Imagine trying to explain to Christians that Jesus was a pederast when none of them can read ancient Greek.

Gary is just repaying political favors for being given his job despite being an escaped mutant house-elf. "Biden has given Gary a job."

Gold has won the monetary metal competition. The last economy to demonetize silver was China, and they got rekt by the gold standard economies. Somewhat paradoxically, the more utility a commodity has, the less monetary demand it will receive, and this is probably because utility demand depletes the stock of supply if the flow cannot keep up. Having steady stock and flow is quite important for a monetary asset; high levels of inflation or deflation within a credit/fiat system are well known violations of that requisite stability and the main reason that gold maintains a high monetary premium over its utility demand. It is not a simple matter of scarcity automatically entailing price appreciation.
