  2. I propose the UN designate a specific area for epic drone battles. Before a battle, both nations work out alternate versions of a treaty, then each side gets to field a certain dollar amount of units/equipment; whichever side wins gets its version of the treaty enforced. I'm not saying it is a good idea, but it would be pretty sweet.
