  1. Hmm...that awarded-at-high measure might not be so great as a measure of auction health. Imagine an auction where 99% was awarded at a yield of 1 basis point above the starting bid; it would show a 99% awarded-at-high metric despite the fact that it would have been an obviously very strong auction result. Not sure what to make of this metric.

  2. I haven't tried it yet, but it might make sense to annualize a moving average of month-over-month figures.
