  1. Boebert sounds like she has no idea what Chevron Deference even was. Chevron Deference was a ruling that said the courts had to defer to administrative courts in controversies around whether or not a regulation was enforced properly. Without Chevron Deference, the courts have reasserted their authority in resolving these controversies. It has nothing to do with whether or not specific regulations can be made.
