  3. If by "blockchain maturity" you mean "ability to lose vast amounts of money to bad actors quickly", then yes, that much has been proven. Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains have proven that overloading the base layer of a system with complexity leads to disaster; Solana has proven that systemic privilege and rent-seeking behaviors like MEV attacks can be maximized with faster block times and blockchain bloat. We know all the ways that this technology sucks and promotes anti-social behavior patterns, and we should steer well clear of it for any societal OS.
