English here, gun laws wont make the slightest bit of difference!, if somebody wants to get a gun to act that shit out they're gonna do it no matter what, they is far two many guns in the country, even if the ol bill or the gvmt said hand them all in enoughs, enough its sheer fact not everybody will, i bet theres millions of unregistered ones out there as it is, its the mentality of the type of person and sadly you have alot of those types, its better to have one and not need it, than not have one and need it, but i do think stricter screening needs to be done and the age limit raised, i know it dosnt mean anything in this case, but raise the limit and if teens want to go shooting they should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult until age of set limit... .
