She'd be just another aussie or kiwi that nobody would've heard of, if not for british soe and M.R.D foot, the historian who gave her, her fame decades ago, so what had taken so long for kiwi's and aussie to recognise this fact, it wouldnt be anything to do with certain movements and virtue signalling thats rife over there would it?.

  6.  @carlywright5127  yes, and she also married a british man, she was for empire and british traditions which ever way you want to cut it? , the reason she two and froed from the auld country and tried the greasy pole of politics, but when she realised these traditions was going to end and change, she left, also the retirement home she spent the last years of her life in, was a home reserved for special people who'd done special deeds for the country, its like the Chelsea pensioners retirement village, where she was honered and wanted for nothing, apart from her ashes to be scattered in france, after a honorable funeral in britain that she would've have been proud of and many others dubious and jealous..
