Maybe the MOD should train up nurses and doctors, and do a rotation types thing where 6 months they work in a uk hospital and the other going to all parts of the globe doing pop up clinics, humanitarian aid work to give them some incentive to become healthcare professionals, if they really is a shortage then why are they striking, more natives should be encouraged more into these lines of work, so we dont have to keep relying on imported help..
