If it had been a motorbike as you are putting it, then the van wouldnt have got nowhere near it, in fact they would have just stopped and called in a intercepter unit or the eye in the sky depending on the power of the 2 stroke iron horse that loves the liquorice roads, that even the intercepters wouldnt get anywhere near, it was a E bike not muck quicker than a pink scooter..
