  15. ​​​​​ @JDDC-tq7qm they (afghan) defeated the Warsaw pact aswell in Feb 15th 1989,or did your indoctrinated tiny brain forget that...in fact in a quicker time frame than the alliance which many Nato member states played NO part in, and those that did only sent a small contingent compared to others... Like in policing roles and airfield supply depo defence roles...

Large shipments of NLAWS, they was hushed up for political reasons, why they was vehicle destruction in large numbers at the start, until rusans wised up to convoyed armoured battle groups... Especially in the large towns and cities where the roads was good but few as they all followed one road, causing the lead eliments to be taking out then the rear and all inbetween taken out piece meal if couldn't drive through houses or shops or large trees on the routes that fell under this sort of attack.
