Create North western European prosperity sphere consisting of UK, Ireland, Netherlands, all Scandinavian countries and Iceland and Greenland for trade and alliance, the whole of Europe should do similar with spheres of neighbouring close countrys, for trade and alliance within those spheres, and for trade and alliance when needed between other similar spheres..but own spheres come first..with own nations keeping their own sovereignty and rights and cultures but receive help from those in the same spheres for when a nation needs financial help or other problems as in invasions and such.
