Isnt that called frag, flash bang, phosphorus or grenade out, and then 'incoming' = grenade,being the other way? meaning you'd already be diving to the floor halfway through the word incoming then whilst on the floor safe you now know what ordinance has been sent, examble" incoming"= mortar or shell or AGS might be a barrage so stay prone, hearing that it is and being a grenade wait for the bang then stand straight back up and start pushing forward again, thats how it works in uk anyhow...
