  1. ​​​ @elguapo1507 maybe he wasnt lieing, some RAF was on loan to USAF, flying sabres to get experience in them as the RAF was going to be getting a couple of squadrons themselves, remember the americans went down town in their sabres meaning across the yalu river, how easy the British made it the forgotten war, you can quite easily see how a British RAF pilot in a American marked plane getting shot down in North korea or maybe china would be contentious, after all the Soviets was ordered to strafe and rocket soviet bail outs parachute and crash sites of down soviet pilots so they could deny they was even there... Ive seen a couple of documentaries about Korean war POW's and the one i saw did mention RAF pilots being captured, but sadly died later of their injuries, and malnutrition even executed...and even sent to Russia and used in chemical warfare trials, like anthrax and sarin, due to them making munitions for the cold war so needed a wester bio to be tested on, being the weapons would be used on western biophysics..(People).
