I'll never forget the day i did my first maintenance shift and during my break in the crew room two women actively sat and said yo each other stuff like, "do you like X Y or Z?", "No i dont like working with her" etc and this went on for quite some time. Then one of the womens break time was over she clocked back in and promptly hugged the woman she said ahe didnt like.

  9. Even in ww2 a minor fraction of those people’s nations citizens took part. Look at Ukraine today. War happening in a tiny fraction of the country.
