When you go on holiday with your rangers tops on you never say you come from Britain. Always from Ireland. Like my dad said in 1990 when England were playing Ireland in Italy and an ex UVF man who worked with my dad was asked by my dad "will you be cheering on England tonight mate?" And bizarrely he said no! My dad asked him "when you're on holiday are you Irish or British?" he said he says when he's on holiday he's Irish because it's easier and causes less head scratching and my dad in his broad Geordie accent said "nay laddie, my soldiers aren't dying in Ireland for you to pull that one". My dad was married to my Scots Irish mam and she used to argue like mad with my dad over Ireland and she always used to say to my well read da: "read a book". After this UVF incident my dad did start reading books and learned he was of heavy Irish descent and read real history! He dropped the pro brit, as he would say "gunboat liberalism" he believed in very soon afterwards. And his own gran never revealed she was Irish until the day he got married when my grandad went on an anti Irish, anti Catholic (left footers as he called them) tirade in the car and his own mother just turned around and said "but I'm Irish". Tirade over at that point! Just accept you're Irish. With some brit history in you. We arent going to be taking away your flegs or forcing you to be marched off to Rome or Dublin and forcefully convert you to Catholicism or whatever it is you think we will do! But you keep faking out that that is exactly what we would do!

Sorry your TV making out that the troubles would brew again was a joke and only Brits fell for the one time the local paramilitaries told the local young uns that they'd wipe X amount off their weed debts if they hijack and burn a bus while TV cameras were already waiting for it to happen!   6. You're just a sheep son. The EU decimated Ireland when we refused to vote for two treaties so they throttled the economy until we voted the correct way! Britain out of the EU. Britain put of Ireland and Ireland out of the EU!
