  4.  @misterjdb5082  no I’d say voting for MORE reckless spending after already being in trouble... that’s the kind of stuff of compulsive gamblers, drug addicts, or people in general making poor choices. And maybe arrest is a sting word however minimum voted out and publicly shamed would be in order....
