  7.  @MinhNhat-dk1yi  The Vietnam experts seem to be contradicting themselves a little . I'll need a flow cart to determine the separation of powers in the Vietnamese Government. As for myself I'll always admire those little Rice farmers who took on the might of the largest military power on Earth, on a shoe string budget.

  9.  @cuongphan2020  Isn't this a 2 party Dictatorship with an electoral college , whichever party achieves power runs there own Authoritarian agenda , and contest with the opposition , a 2 party civil war , this "democratic " institution doesn't seem to accomplish much ( hindsight isn't always 20/20.)

Tell me that you're describing a Democratic system , none-the-less , if Vietnam had that promised election in 1956 , most opinions then stated that Ho Chi Mihn ( " He who enlightens" ) would have won hands down , and maybe that ghastly War could have been prevented , The "Communist" Governments around the World need Peace and Stability as much as any Government , regardless of political labels.

  21. Very surprised that the corruption index for the USA , is 69 high or low figure ? Must investigate that more , they should all be public "servants" , and serve the Public , if they can't adhere to their Election promises , or the Party Platform there should be a recall election.
