  2. Here in South LA we've lost most of our Aerospace Jobs went to Seattle , and San Diego yet there's Tent Cities in both places , nothing like full Employment, how much help can Law Enforcement give to millions of Homeless people who are slowly losing hope in their futures .

How do all these Drugs find their way to the Addictive Personalities that live Homeless in all our Major Cities . All the Street Drugs now are dangerous , and potentially fatal , this ain't the 1960's anymore.
