This comment is so ridiculous. First of all, it’s not her fault that she’s famous, she spreads awareness about the NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER she has, it’s not a disease. Tourette syndrome doesn’t make someone special, it’s just naturally apart of them, it’s what makes them them. Tics can seem well rehearsed and “perfect”, but that doesn’t mean anything, as all tics are different. She does have a disability/neurological disorder.
Not everyone with Tourette syndrome says rude things, so don’t create a stereotype by saying EVERY PERSON with TS ONLY says curse words when that’s caused by Coprolalia, it’s rare, only 10% of people with TS have it. It’s random and not premeditated, but the rude words or cursing is caused by Coprolalia, that’s not their fault.
Tourette syndrome is not developed by kids attention seeking, actually really nobody knows what it’s ACTUALLY caused by, maybe trauma, maybe it’s genetic, but it’s different for everyone. It’s not even a habit.
“Simple solution. Correct your kids”..BY DOING WHAT?? A hard slap on the face won’t cure anything, actually if you do that, it could 100% make the tics worse. If your child says something like that due to a tic, you can’t expect that tic to magically go away just because you slapped them. It doesn’t sort it out, why would violence help? Tourette syndrome isn’t based on discipline. I have Tourette syndrome and my parents were extremely abusive/(went overboard with discipline), and I still ended up having TS.

@dreddmann9292 That’s not the same for everyone though. Tics are involuntary, which makes them uncontrollable. Anita may look like she’s doing it on purpose but you’re forgetting that tics can look like they’re done on purpose, but it’s still involuntary at the end of the day. It’s your choice whether you wanna believe it or not, but literally keep that to yourself. She’s not trying to do it on purpose, honestly you need to do more research. Again, you don’t have to believe her, nobody has ever asked you to lmao, keep that to yourself, because your reasoning to apparently not believe her is ridiculous. Your instincts are wrong. She made it work for her because she can handle it differently, I think you’re forgetting that disabilities/disorders/syndromes affect others differently and it all depends on how they can personally handle it. It’s not that SHE doesn’t have a hard time with Tourettes, it’s how she handles it and how well she can control it. That’s not the same for everyone though. Everyone who has it struggles with it and has a hard time though, just because she can handle it well doesn’t mean you get to invalidate her situation. You can’t always “see it in their eyes”, because it’s different for everyone. Have you seen everyone with Tourette syndrome? No? Okay then. Exactly. If you apparently don’t see it in her eyes, that’s because it’s different for her. You can literally see the panic in her eyes when she says something inappropriate or something disrespectful, watch one of her tics that were dangerous🤦🏽♀️

@loganbrazzell6683 Because she does actually have TS. I don’t think I’m an expert, I just know about it and I experience it myself. I literally have neurological disorders but yeah, I definitely don’t understand it! Tourettes can’t be reversed at all, I’ve done plenty of research on it, and if you actually did, you’d know that there’s no cure nor surgery that can just take it away. It’s a lifelong condition. An app cannot cause neurological disorders or mental illnesses, instead it can make it worse, but it doesn’t cause it in general. She’s professionally diagnosed with it, so it doesn’t lower any probability, she’s DIAGNOSED, accept it. I’m not a simp, I’m just respectful. Maybe you should try it. I didn’t make anyone rich, that was Anita herself who did that. She created the fame for herself and that’s not a bad thing. She only tries to spread awareness and make the best out of things. It’s sad how you think you have any right to make a comment on her disability when you probably don’t experience it yourself, or you probably aren’t a doctor, specifically her doctor.
