I literally have neurological disorders but yeah, I definitely don’t understand it! Tourettes can’t be reversed at all, I’ve done plenty of research on it, and if you actually did, you’d know that there’s no cure nor surgery that can just take it away. It’s a lifelong condition. An app cannot cause neurological disorders or mental illnesses, instead it can make it worse, but it doesn’t cause it in general. She’s professionally diagnosed with it, so it doesn’t lower any probability, she’s DIAGNOSED, accept it. I’m not a simp, I’m just respectful. Maybe you should try it. I didn’t make anyone rich, that was Anita herself who did that. She created the fame for herself and that’s not a bad thing. She only tries to spread awareness and make the best out of things. It’s sad how you think you have any right to make a comment on her disability when you probably don’t experience it yourself, or you probably aren’t a doctor, specifically her doctor.

Hi, someone with Tourette syndrome here :) it’s best to ignore the random noises or movements instead of pointing out every single sound or movement they make, because they know they’re doing it, and it gets pretty annoying when people constantly bring it up over and over again. I’m hoping that helped, but if you need more advice on how to approach someone with Tourette syndrome/interact with someone who has it, im glad to help

Also, there is no surgery that can cure Tourettes at all, Tourette syndrome is a life long condition. She’s normal regardless of if she has TS or not, but clearly you must be confused, cause there is NO cure for Tourettes nor is there any type of surgery that can make it any better or cure it completely. And tiktok doesn’t cause mental illnesses, it can of course make it worse, but you’d need to have a pre-existing disorder/illness in order for that to happen. You need to take a while to do your research, then maybe you can say something about TS 😬😬

Chemicals in the brain that transmit nerve impulses (neurotransmitters), including dopamine and serotonin, might play a role (medically proven). 3) (from my personal own experience), I’ve talked to professionals about this, it’s not linked to anything demonic, or anything you’ve been saying so far.   114. Mainly because Tourette syndrome may not be diagnosed right away. I have Tourette syndrome and it took me a long time to get diagnosed because really nobody believed me. Medical diagnosis’s are extremely hard to get, it’s not that easy to be diagnosed with something as serious, such as Tourette syndrome, DID, other kinds of disorders. Tics do often continue mid-speech for a lot of people, but people still assume that they’re attention seeking or doing it purposely because of how they act, sound, etc

Coprolalia can start between the ages 4-6. A deaf person would probably not have a cursing tic, that’s a good question. Tics aren’t always cursing, but when it is, it’s caused by the inhibitory mechanism of the brain. Funny words/nonsense words are usually apart of tics, but when you have coprolalia, most of your tics can be very violent or inappropriate. Coprolalia only affects 10% of people who has TS.

It’s not caused by an injury, but by the tics in general and by the aggression in the brain being triggered, sorta like faulty wiring inside of the brain that cannot be fixed. Doctors can literally give you the wrong diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have what you KNOW you have. For example, I have bipolar disorder, it took me 5 months to get diagnosed with it because doctors would say im just “moody” or it’s just mood swings, but that wasn’t the case at all. I also have Tourette syndrome and it took me years to get diagnosed with it. Not seeing how her saying her story makes her a liar
