@Deliveringthetruth NATO was only seriously discussed after Russia started their aggression. Before they just wanted a closer relationship with Europe.

@ Wasn’t it Bush who first mentioned it to them?? I don’t think NATO was a serious consideration until after Russia’s invasion. Mentioning something as a “possibility” isn’t concrete evidence they were actually planning on going ahead.
