@minmax5 It’s not really a social construct because it comes from the very real phenomena of biological sex. It’s only very recently that the concept of gender has become some sort of personal perception and identity. That’s because we gender literally everything from behaviours to inanimate objects. Toy cars are for boys and Dolls are for girls etc. But a masculine acting tomboy is still a female. Gender expression you could argue is a social construct.
