  1. There are so many if's here, let me add one, if my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle, but the Doc, does speak with conviction and that always makes a difference in presentation of idea's. Let's start with immigration, within 15 to 20 years immigration will come to a halt, this is going to affect every developing country negatively, the west will replace the people with robotics within the next two decades, no longer a need for immigration. In order for other entities to replace the American dollar, they need to be able to flood the world with this replacement currency and by trying to do that this replacement currency will be devalued before it begins. Africa has yet to create their own continental currency to be able to grow their share of global financial power. The digital world is changing faster than even the Doc, can predict.
