  1. A lot of ppl in jail for pot have other crimes that prevent their getting the benefit. Hes not fooling anyone. Hes buying votes with releaes. MD has gone way downhill since Demonrats took control decades ago. They get koney to fix roads, schools and other beneficial stuff, but it never seem to trickle own to the poor ppl in MD., the roads are a mess, schools are a mess. Wheres the Money MD got?
