They cannot vote nor hold office or government position. Obama removed the citizenship question and added a bunch of none of their business questions and used Acorn to do it.   45. @LimleyGilbert  There doesn't need to be an amendment. In order to get a student visa, you have to agree to specific terms and conditions. Doing what he did violated that visa so it can be revoked. Because he is no longer a student on a visa, he has no reason to be here, so he has to give up his student visa green card and return to his country. Had he not violated the terms and conditions of the visa contract, he wouldn't have gotten himself revoked. He committed violent acts in America, which is grounds to revoke a visa. Don't come here and break our laws and expect to stay. It doesn't work that way.
