I checked it out in 2005 when my brother robbed my moms bank account while he left her to die in the hospital with meningitis & a heart attack. She was in a coma and he robbed hr bank account. He claimed he was protecting her money from my sister & I. Yet he used her money to pay his bills, not hers. When they investigated, she covered for him. We fixed that with a Power of Attorney to protect her from him. He's a leech.
