  1. It seems like Canada is like we used to be, a nation of territories until the Statehood movement started in the 1800's. Statehood changed a lot. The founders put States Rights in the Top 10 Amendments in the 1700's. As Territories you are under Federal conteol. Why doesn't Canada push for States Rights? Each Territory could be a State.
