Before even 1 black person gets a penny, they should pay the decendants of Native Indians for the Government stealing their land instead of paying them for it and for murdering them, the women & children. No one made ex slaves stay here once freed from the slavery their own ppl sold them into. They were free to take the first boat out & go home. They chose to stay here, now they want us, who never owned slaves to pay ppl who were never enslaved. Native Indians are still to this day are fighting for their rights to their land & water.
