  3.  M Weston  Better make sure thats the case. As far back as I can remember, we weren't allowed to at all unless 2 party consents. There was some jerk promoting abortion outside an abortion clinic that was in the same building as other medical facilities and the police arrested him because he did not have permission to record the ppl going in or coming out of the building. This was in Severna Park near Annapolis.
