  1. The limitations in the Constitution to Treason, Bribery and High Crimes and Misdemeanors. The remedy would be Impeachment in the house, tried in the Senate and removal from office. IF that happens, then he can be tried criminally. Biden has committed Treason, Bribery and High Crimes & misdemeanors.
