  2. I believe so. Even tho they shut down the pipeline & wall building, we are still paying on the contract. All Fed contracts has a clause in it that if the contractor doesnt complete the job they get penalized and have to pay a fine daily, if Government stops the work they have to pay the fine to the contractor. The money was already allocated for the pipeline and the Wall. We are still paying 2 Million a day to not build the wall. Hes also committing National Security violations as written in the Constitution Article 4 Section 4. The left is allowing an invasion of biological weapons (foreigners with covid). That is waging a war on America & Americans and its called TREASON! 18 USC 2381-2386.
