  2. UGH! One of my tenants abused the legal system on her boyfriend every time they got in an argument. She calls the Police claiming he assaulted her. She would put heroin capsules in the bathroom claiming he was trying to kill her daughter. She tried to steal my property when she got evicted for owing $9400.00 in back rent from covid. Then had the nerve to file a fakse report trying to get my daughter areested for assaukt when she assaulted my dqughter. She filed false charges on my daughter, so Ifiled assault charges on her. I just had 2 massive heart attacks and she shoved me out the door on my face. Onece the police got there, they saw how she abused the police and legal system with restraining orders then never showed up for the hearings because she knew shed be charged with purgery. The point is, its not just blacks who game the system. Grifters will grift regardless of race. Bitch still owes me $9400.00.
