  7. 10 ppl have now come out and said they saw the 2nd shooter on the water tower. They allegedly found a van and it was supposedy full of exlosives. A homeowner near where they found the van posted a video. When the cops opened the doors all the cops jumped back away. Both vehicles found were allegedly linked to Blackrock.
