  2. Sounds like what Superfresh did. They just sold out, didn't tell employees and they all lost their pensions. The Union did nothing to help them either. They gave them an option to work for the new owners at a huge pay cut, no benefits and no pensions.

They dont care you have to live with roaches crawling all over your food, washers that pump sewage water that smells like sh*t literally as long as they get that money on the first of the month. My rent just went up to 1531.00. Over 100.00 increase with twice the damn bugs.

  4. Rent should be half what it is forcthe elderly, disabled and single moms. If we complain, they refuse to renew your lease. $1531.95 for 935 Sq. Ft. To rent a decent house, its around $2300-2500. Thats a house payment. They buy or forclose on ppl and take ppls homes and rent them for outrageous prices.
