  7. My Dad worked for the Coast Guard as an electrician. This was back in the 60's, 70's & 80's. He was self taught to become an electrician doing the electrical repairs on Military ships. He go passed over for promotion 3 times for a younger black less than knowledgable ppl. He had to constantly review and fix what they messed up. These aren't ships that can affordvto hve electrical problems on mission. He complained about it, and got passed over again. However he was not going to let our seamen go out there and get stranded, sovhe kept doing his job and theirs.

However, Article 2 Section 4 states: The President and Vice President SHALL be impeached and removed for Treason, Bribery and other high crimes and Misdemeanors ".
