  4. Rules are not laws with Statutes attached to them. With law you have a crime and conviction or remedy. With their rules, they can make up anything they want. The ATF just made complete fools of themselves. The "expert" couldn't even disassemble a glock and he's supposed to be an "expert". Thank goodness these ppl will be gone when President Trump gets back.
