@thenightingale7405 Regulating would be an infringement. They can only regulate militias. They have to be regulated because they act as part of the military using Taxpayer dollars. Its like having an SOP in a job. They have to operate a specific way under military law. They cannot infringe on the ppl or regulate them because that is an infringement. I bet you're the kind of person who would argue with a rock till you get the rock to tell you to STFU.

@thenightingale7405 The only ppl they can regulate are Military, police, militias. There are ppl who can't be part of a militia, but their rights still stand to keep & bear.

@thenightingale7405 It says "A well regulated militia". Militias are military NG, organized militia Police LEOs, and unorganized Militias of ex police, ex military, ex LEO and citizens 18 and up including women who were LEOs or Military. The Right of the people SHALL NOT be infringed.

@danabuch324 I get that but they still operate under specific regulations. Things like rules of engagement, chain of command, stuff like that. Military polices their own under UCMJ. Thats why they never specified any type or any age. Back in the day 8 year olds went hunting & defended family. They knew it may be necessary and that more advanced types would be developed. Back in that time we were only 13 States too, now there are 50. Back then they were black powder muskets, not semi Auto. The right to defense comes from God, not Government. Progress and progressives are two entirely different things.

@scottahermann Its definition is in the law definitions. Look it up in say Blacks legal Dictionary, or in law schools like Cornell. US CODE PER Cornell Law school, infringe verb in·fringe in-ˈfrinj infringed; infringing transitive verb 1 : to encroach upon in a way that violates law or the rights of another. The Constitution says "SHALL NOT be infringed". We have a right to keep & bare arms that shall not be infringed. The Constitution is the Law of the land. Nowhere does it say we Must or Shall keep & bear. We can keep & bear if we want to. We have a RIGHT to. If you don't want to, don't, and be a sitting duck for criminals, killers & tyrannical Gov't.

@scottahermann I don't shake my fist at clouds. I go by the Bill of Rights that can't be changed or infringed upon. Any change from what was written in the bill of Rights is an infringement. It encroaches on my God given Rights. Since 1787 Our right have been spelled out and if you haven't noticed, has never changed or amended because they can't be.
